The History of Cardell Cabinets

It all began in Texas, in a building smaller than 2,000 square feet. Mr. Bill Tidwell acquired Cardell Cabinetry from a competitor, kept the name, and applied his own innovations and strong work ethic. Those innovations included the 360 Series, which was the first in the industry to offer concealed adjustable hinges, a birch interior, and 3/4-inch adjustable shelves.

Offering a vast range of choices and customizable options is what has set Cardell cabinets apart. That tiny building has now grown into over 900,000 square feet of workspace, and in those enormous buildings, your kitchen cabinet design dreams can become a reality.

What You Get with the Cardell Name

The look of your cabinets is important. But what about what's behind the doors? Cardell Cabinetry offers a wide range of storage surprises that can work in your kitchen. From wine racks to pull-out organizers, from the ultimate lazy susan to an impressive chef's pantry, there is something for everyone hiding behind the lovely Cardell cabinet door.

Those cabinet doors are finished with an 8-step process that ensures a beautiful stain. The added bonus is an easy-clean surface that stays perfect for years to come.

Accent molding is also available with any of the Cardell cabinets. Whether you opt for the dramatic look, a more sleek contemporary style, or the simplicity of a useful plate rail along the top of your kitchen, Cardell cabinets have the molding to fit in perfectly with your kitchen design vision.
