pulled our popular e-Books off of the shelf. That's
right, you can't get them right now. No matter how
much you beg.
Why?
The information is outdated and innacurate due to
recent changes in real estate and home values.
Over the past 2 months, there has been huge speculation
that the real estate market will continue to fall.
Other's say we've seen the bottom. Regardless of what
you believe, all of this will drastically affect what
you do with your kitchen remodel!
Right now, house prices are far beyond any previous
relationship to rents and salaries. Rents are less
than half of mortgage's. Salaries cannot cover mortgage
payments except in the short-term, using interest-only
adjustable loans.

remodeling will be affected by the real estate market.

any advice, you better be sure the information is
